On a hot day, there's nothing that satisfies quite like Gelato. We make ours with with care, using high-quality milk and fresh ingredients. Staying true to our roots doing it the Italian way, we leave out the preservatives, stabilisers and artificial colours.
I've just about tried all the flavours and love them all. A favourite would be Watermelon twist. It hit's the spot every time!

QUALITY MEETS HEALTHY
Who doesn’t love something cold, creamy and delicious to help beat the summer, especially in Cooly? Since the start of Ottimo, Davide has experimented with creating the most delicious flavour combinations. Your taste buds will be thanking you as he likes to use fresh, local ingredients and no preservatives, artificial flavours or colouring.
Gelato is also lower in fat and contains less air than ice cream, which contributes to its smooth and creamy texture
Gelato aka Italian ice cream, is made with milk, cream, sugar and is flavoured with fruit or nuts and other special ingredients . The same health benefits of dairy found in milk, including calcium, potassium, and Vitamin D, are also found in gelato.
